Shipping Policy

1. Shipments sent within the worldwide will be made by DHL Express Indonesia and will include a tracking slip.
2. Orders are processed on Monday-Friday and ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. 
3. Additional fees for International orders may be imposed for shipments to other countries and are to be paid by the Buyer. These fees may include duties, taxes, customs, and/or import fees. The customer is fully responsible for such fees.
4. Rajut Asa Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item has been lost in transit--that is, DHL tracking shows no movement of the item for the last 15 days (for Indonesia orders) or 30 days (for Int'l orders)--you will be issued a store credit.
5. We are unable to issue a store credit or refund for packages that are marked as 'Delivered'. We would advise you to contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
6. We are not responsible for delays in shipping by the Courier, including local delivery errors, weather-related issues, pandemics, or Customs delays.
